While I’m not a Mom and can’t personally relate to your unique struggles and circumstances – I KNOW that you making time for yourself will only serve to benefit you, your business or work AND your family. It’s a win, win, win.
And contrary to popular belief, it’s not about getting your body back. I mean, if you need to lose weight, we can work on that.
But, you’re smarter than that. You know, it’s about feeling your best so that you can be your best.
That’s not selfish. On the contrary. You being strong; both physically and mentally, is one of the best gifts you can give to yourself and the world. Your children need you be healthy and happy, so do your family members, your clients too.
When you’re happy, healthy, strong and energetic, that’s when you’re at your most productive and can deliver the best results.
That’s where I come in. I’m here to take you in a new direction. To help you get the best results in your physical health with the least amount of effort. Sounds awesome, right? It’s totally doable. You don’t need to workout for 60+ minutes a day every day. Nope.
You need strategic and consistent workouts. And 2 – 3, 30 to 40 minute workouts a week will do it.
Not being consistent is where nearly 100% of people fail to see results. Why? Because motivation fades. When there’s no one there to push you, encourage you, inspire you it’s easy to slide back into our “comfort zone.” Of all people, YOU know this.
