Without support and accountability, sticking to an exercise program can be challenging. I love helping others develop a stronger commitment to exercise and giving them easy and clear directions on movement and form.

I create stability, strength, and strength/endurance programs. I avoid the typical exercise cookie cutter mentality by creating effective and individualized exercise programs (each client working on something different within the small group setting) My services are definitely for clients who want to increase strength and endurance, improve their longevity, lean out the body or gain muscle, feel resilient and healthy, improve energy levels, enhance their daily effectiveness, and yes…look great with or without their clothes!

Single session: $30 per 50 minute session

Sessions range from 1-3 people
